After you subscribe, hit Connect Amazon. You'll be sent to Amazon's own consent screen, where you approve access. Amazon sends you right back, connected. You never give us your Amazon password. Amazon handles the login and just hands us a secure token.

Optional but recommended. With your own Keepa API key, the tool reprices using real confirmed-sale prices from Keepa's history. Much smarter than guessing. Without it, it falls back to a simple flat % cut. Get a key at keepa.com/#!api (log in → scroll to "API key" → copy), then paste it in Connections. Keepa's key is billed by Keepa, separately from us.

No. For security, one subscription is permanently locked to one Amazon Seller ID the first time you connect. This stops people from rotating one subscription across multiple stores. If your connection ever breaks, you can reconnect the same account (just not a different one).

For a high-price error, it looks for the best confirmed sale price (from Keepa) that's meaningfully below your current price, and moves you there. The highest price that actually sells. For a low-price error, it nudges you up to the most conservative price still above your too-low one. No Keepa data? It applies your flat % cut instead. Every proposed price is checked against Amazon's fees so you don't sell at a loss (see below).

The most important setting. Before repricing, the tool estimates Amazon's FBA + referral fees for the item and calculates your profit per unit after those fees. If it can't clear at least your minimum, it doesn't reprice it into a loss. It flags it for removal instead. Set this to the least profit that's worth your time per unit.

Preview does the full analysis and shows you exactly what would change, but submits nothing to Amazon. Run Now does the same and actually updates your prices. New? Always Preview first to see the tool's logic before trusting it live.

Whatever you set in Settings, in US Eastern Time. Overnight (like 3 AM) is usually best so changes are live before the day's shoppers. You can also run manually any time.

Yes. Settings has a Pause daily automation toggle. It keeps your subscription active but stops the scheduled runs (handy for Q4 or when you want manual control). Manual runs still work while paused.

Probably not. 0.30 (a 30% sales-rank jump = a confirmed sale) is well-tuned for reliable detection. Leave it unless you have a specific reason.

Never. Removals always require your manual review. The tool flags dead or unprofitable stock and generates a ready-to-upload removal file, but you review it and upload it to Seller Central yourself. Nothing is removed without you.

On a run's detail page, review the flagged items, pick dispositions (return or dispose), adjust quantities, and hit Download. Then upload the file(s) at Seller Central → Removal Orders → Upload a File. Max 50 items per order (Amazon's limit).

Everything's self-serve. Go to Settings → Open billing portal to update your card, view invoices, or cancel. No emails, no "contact us to cancel" nonsense. If you cancel, you keep access through the period you've already paid for.

Yes. Your Amazon token and Keepa key are encrypted at rest, the encryption key is stored separately from the database, and every account's data is fully isolated. No other customer can see it. We never store your Amazon password (Amazon handles login). Full details in the Privacy Policy.

That means your Amazon authorization was revoked or expired (usually because it was removed in Seller Central). Go to Connections and hit Reconnect Amazon. Same account, one click, and automated runs resume.

If two tools both auto-reprice the same Amazon account, they can step on each other. Pick one to run automation, and use the other manually (or pause it). Preview mode never conflicts, since it changes nothing.

Totally normal. It means nothing on your stranded report needed fixing that day, or no items met your thresholds. The daily email tells you exactly what happened.
